The colour view shows an example woven fabric. Your fabric choice describes a separate concept and does not change this image. Screen colours cannot replace a fabric sample.
Calm textiles by day. A fine light contour by night.
The LED line follows the upper seat edge. The textile ZipAround remains separate. All five colour concepts show this lighting idea; the included components will be confirmed for the specific model.
The light carrier is intended to remain removable from its own channel. An accessible plug connection separates the lighting from the washable cover. Cable access and the protective layer will be developed together and tested in the finished assembly.
Four textile characters, clearly explained. Choose a design direction and discover what the surface and separate comfort insert each contribute.
Schematic surface sample
Linen Outdoor
Matte & finely woven
Appearance
A calm woven texture with a natural linen look. Linen look describes the appearance; the specific fibre composition is still to be confirmed.
Surface feel
Fine visible threads rather than pile or loops. The physical sample determines the actual surface feel.
Comfort underneath
The fabric shapes the surface. The separate comfort insert underneath also contributes to the soft seating feel.
Care objective
A removable washable cover is the development objective. Fabric, seams, zip and fit receive a care approval together.
Your sample check
Check the sample for its fine texture, shade in daylight and the desired feel against your skin.
Current fabric preference
Schematic surface sample
Soft Bouclé
Soft & textured
Appearance
Small loops add visible depth. Bouclé has irregular loops; Frisé has a more uniform curl. Both are possible material directions.
Surface feel
A tactile, cosy surface. Loop size and density will be agreed using physical samples.
Comfort underneath
The loops give the surface its character. The separate comfort insert underneath provides additional seating comfort.
Care objective
Loops, fastenings and fit will be checked on the finished cover after cleaning. Large covers are intended to split into manageable sections.
Your sample check
Check the sample for its loop size, texture and your personal comfort when seated.

Memory Soft
Short pile & velvety
Appearance
A short, soft pile creates a velvety, carpet-like feel. The specific velvet will be chosen using physical samples.
Surface feel
Compact and soft is the desired surface character. The sample shows how the specific velvet feels.
Comfort underneath
“Memory Soft” is the concept name. It does not specify a particular foam: the pile cover and comfort insert remain separate parts.
Care objective
Treat the pile cover and comfort insert separately. Care, complete drying and refitting will be checked on the finished sewn cover.
Your sample check
Check the sample for its pile feel, appearance from different viewing angles and desired shade.
Current fabric preference
Schematic surface sample
Rib Outdoor
Fine ribs & clean lines
Appearance
Fine parallel ribs are the design objective: a calm graphic texture for clean contours.
Surface feel
The ribs are intended to be visible and tactile. Direction, height and spacing will be agreed using the selected physical sample.
Comfort underneath
The textile texture does not replace cushioning. A separate comfort insert sits under the removable cover.
Care objective
The specific rib texture will be checked with seams and fastenings for cleaning and refitting. It does not replace a protective layer.
Your sample check
Check the sample for its rib direction, texture feel and how it works with the base cover and accent.
Current fabric preference
The fabric guide is getting ready.
Schematic surface in the colour concept Sage
The samples illustrate textile structures schematically; they are not fabric photographs. The large product image shows the colour concept and stays unchanged when you choose a fabric.
Feel it first. Then decide.
Screen colours and sample illustrations cannot replace physical fabric samples. Material, shade and care will be confirmed for the finished cover. Each of these surfaces can be paired as a preference with the five colour concepts.
Material directions & manufacturer sources
These sources show possible material directions. Their specifications apply to the respective manufacturer fabric and do not confirm the properties or availability of our finished HydroLounge covers.
Comfort outside, separate functions beneath. Choose a layer to discover its intended purpose and how care and service remain separate.
Washability is a firm requirement for the new cover. Chamber protection will have its own replaceable layer. Both will be tested on the finished assembly.

01
Removable comfort cover
Purpose
The selected fabric forms the textile surface. The cover provides the desired feel and colours; it does not seal an inner chamber.
Care & testing
Machine washability is the approval objective for the finished sewn cover. Its care label will determine the permitted method.
Removal objective
The cover is intended to be separately removable and, for large furniture, divided into suitable washing sections. Inner chambers, the comfort insert, protective layers and electrical components stay out of the cover wash.
View all five tasks
01Removable comfort cover
02Separate comfort insert
Purpose
A separate insert adds resilience and a soft seating feel to the surface. Memory Soft describes the pile cover; a possible memory insert sits separately beneath it.
Care & testing
Cleaning and complete drying will be tested for the selected insert. Its care method is independent of the cover washing method.
Removal objective
The insert is intended to remain removable. This allows the cover and comfort material to be cared for, inspected and replaced separately where needed.
03Replaceable protective layer
Purpose
A separate mechanical layer is intended to keep sharp points away from the inner chamber. This is a development objective: the protection limit will be tested on the complete filled assembly.
Care & testing
The layer will also be tested at sides, underside, seams, fastenings and valves, and after ageing. Puncture resistance has not yet been demonstrated.
Removal objective
The protective layer is intended to remain separately accessible and replaceable, without being permanently bonded to the washable cover.
04Smooth chafe-protection layer
Purpose
A smooth interlayer is intended to prevent friction between the materials above and the inner chamber. Its purpose is different from that of the mechanical protective layer.
Care & testing
Material compatibility and chafing behaviour will be tested in the finished assembly. This layer does not provide an air or water seal.
Removal objective
The interlayer is intended to remain accessible for service. Its specific removal and fastening will be determined for each model.
05Sealed air & water inner chambers
Purpose
The accessible inner chambers provide the air or water seal. Which air and water cells a model needs will be determined for its specific configuration.
Care & testing
The inner chambers are handled separately from the textiles. Filling, emptying, cleaning and storage follow the approved instructions for the delivered model.
Removal objective
Accessible service areas are intended to allow targeted inspection and replacement of individual inner chambers. Access will be developed for each model.
Three connections. Separate functions.
ZipAround connects modules
The proposed module connection joins elements together. Compatibility, revision and permitted arrangement will be confirmed for the specific connection. Its purpose is different from that of the washable cover fastening.
A removable light carrier will have its own channel and an accessible separate connector. All electrical components are intended to be removable before washing the cover.
We will select specific outdoor fabrics and then test the whole cover: fabric, seams, piping, zipper and fit after repeated washing. Large covers are intended to be divided into washable sections where needed. All LED components must be removable before washing. The lighting channel, cable access and separate plug connection remain accessible for maintenance and refitting. Electrical design, ingress protection and heat build-up will be tested for the specific model. Approval will determine the washing temperature and care label.
How will we protect against sharp objects?
High abrasion or cut resistance alone does not demonstrate protection against sharp points. We will sample a separate protective layer and test the complete filled assembly, including sides, underside, seams, fastenings and valves, before and after ageing. Point shape and load determine the protection limit. Puncture resistance of HydroLounge has not yet been demonstrated.
What does “Memory Soft” mean?
A short, soft pile creates the carpet-like feel. The comfort insert sits separately underneath. Outdoor velvet, memory foam and resilient spacer fabrics will be compared for care, drying and comfort. A permanently bonded memory carpet is not planned.
Which materials will be sampled?
Outdoor woven fabrics, frisé or bouclé, short-pile outdoor velvet and finely ribbed fabrics are the four development directions. The final quality will be selected using physical samples. Manufacturer information indicates suitable material directions; it does not constitute approval of our finished cover.
XL and XXL extend the white-and-black design as a gathering place for family and friends. Images illustrate the spatial concept; dimensions and occupancy are not yet approved.
With a removable LED table or a flush upholstered surface. Daylight views, lighting states and the closure without a table are shown separately.
With a table. Clearly visible by day.
The central table is intended to have a separate mechanical socket in the base structure. Its light remains independently switchable from the base lighting.
The upholstered blanking plug is included with every planned table socket. It closes the seating surface; the electrical socket needs separate protection.
The round lounge view also illustrates the concept for XL and XXL. Their respective fits still need development; the table and plug are not trampoline accessories.
TWO SEPARATE LIGHTING ZONES
Set the mood.
These views show independent table and base lighting. Choose one of the four intended lighting states.
Concept view · Table light on / base light on
Images illustrate the intended independent switching. The electrical product specification is not yet approved.
CONSTRUCTION
The base. The comfort. The cover.
In the proposed concept, HydroBase consists of several shell elements. Together they form the floor beneath the entire piece of furniture.
A base shell made of several elements
The shell elements form the intended floor beneath the entire piece of furniture. Separate, sealed water cells sit within this base.
Concept details
Four segments illustrate the principle, not a fixed bill of materials. Locking geometry, shape-retaining internal construction and load capacity still require verification.
Fill and keep accessible
Service openings in the cover provide access to the internal connections. In the straight reference pilot, a dedicated mechanical frame carries occupant loads. Water provides ballast; the restraint is intended to work independently of filling.
Concept details
Separating occupant loads, ballast and mechanical restraint is a development objective. The illustrated service compartment does not verify the locking mechanism.
Comfort body and cover
The upper comfort assembly and textile cover remain separable. The cover can be opened and changed independently of the internal body.
Concept details
Materials and chamber construction will be defined for each furniture model. This view shows a partially opened cover.
Load-bearing frame, restraint and ballast
In the straight reference pilot, SafetyFrame is intended to carry occupant loads. The water cells provide ballast as a separate function. Mechanical restraints are intended to function independently of the filling. The zipper shown here closes the cover; the base shell requires its own structural connection.
The complete locking geometry has not yet been approved. The exploded view shows four example floor elements; the final segmentation depends on the model.

OneBag · Closed cover bag
A black textile bag for separately stored furniture covers. The closed view complements the open view of folded covers.
OneBag · Store covers separately
The open black cover bag contains only folded light and black textile covers. In this concept, water and comfort bodies and electrical components are not stored in the cover bag.
Season Pack · Store parts separately
Packing study for the round lounge with four base shells. Flexible bodies, covers and lighting accessories are shown separately. Rigid shells, central table and upholstered blanking plug remain outside the bags.
Season Pack · Closed packing view
Three closed bags complement the four separately stored base shells, table and blanking plug. This image confirms neither a complete set of supplied components nor that all parts of an XL or XXL model fit into these bags.
Before storage
Four steps are planned: remove lighting components, empty water and air bodies separately, dry all parts completely inside and out, then store them in an organised way. Damp parts must not be placed in closed bags.
The Season Pack arrangement shown relates to the round-base concept with four shells. The definitive sequence, drying method and storage conditions will be specified for each piece. These images illustrate the storage concept.
Base shell, water cell, cushion or cover: a fault should not mean replacing the entire product. Enquire about compatible components individually, as well as future additions.
Our development goal, not an unlimited spare-parts guarantee. Replaceability, instructions and availability will be confirmed for each model and revision.
Bulky furniture. Signs of weathering. Winter storage that is already full. These experiences inspire our design question: how could a favourite place be more modular, easier to care for and easier to store?
The images show design and functional concepts. Prices, dimensions, package contents and availability are yet to be defined. Your selection prepares the way for a future quotation.
The straight reference pilot is designed with a dedicated mechanical load-bearing frame and a restraint independent of water filling. Water provides ballast. Load capacity, model dimensions and joints require their own verification.
Removable, washable textile covers and separately connected LED components are planned. Material, care labelling and electrical protection ratings will be defined for each specification.
